used to see Vernon truck wash ad on some trailers in S.Ca. and a Vegas hotel on a LTL truck running around L.A. area. (years ago)
Sell advertisement space on trailer.

I seem to vaguely remember a post or comments by pullingtrucker about this several months ago. There was a drive by poster who out of the blue asked if his company could put advertising on side skirts that they would help defray the cost of buying new sideskirts. Like you say though nothing is so simple as it looks. The possibility of being tied up in court to prove they're not liable, or other embarrassing situations, you just hardly think of the downsides..
camaro68 Thanks this. -
That's like in our area. You know Sun-Drop is popular. They just went national. Be nice to advertise for them. But what if you were sent to pick-up coca-cola or pepsi products etc. Could lose that account quick. You really learn in here that original ideas are very hard to generate......lol

I think intran media buys the space on sides of trucks. I see a lot of random dock trucks with ads on them

It was in the contract. Customer out of business hence nobody to pay up.
