I wouldn't say farm out to contractors, as opposed to the absolute turnover there has been on the 3rd floor. There's a gentleman who recently came back to work as a recruiter after taking a year off. His ID (as defined by chronological order of hire) was nearly 1000 Places ahead of when he left (like going from 900 to 1900) I've even seen em walk out a "good" recruiter because he was not ethical (or, telling someone how to get around a drug test).

Well, make sure that if we call you, to HOLD ON TO THE LINE so that we can transfer you to IT (they have access to the sub-systems and things that are way over my head) so that your number can be Removed.

I don't put my phone number on the internet after the last time I got in your system. Email only, and even then it's my junk email address
-
Most companies are cool with that. Heck, If i don't get a phone Number, then i'll shoot the guy/gal an email telling them i was gonna call, but was no number on the message.

Hey Mr Dude-How are you guys paid. Straight commission or hourly plus. Are you getting bonus for high closing rate, number signed, etc. Just curious about how much a normal recruiter makes a year. I did some sales and at first it was ok. Made about 6k a month. But nothing was ever good enough for a-holes. Cut commish in half and made bonus for 35,40, 45,50 % closing. In theory you could make 13% but no one ever did. Just put too much pressure on honest guys and we all hauled ###.

Base Salary. 30k (office gets paid every 2 wks.) so a little over 1k base per check. Then it's hires from there, paid by 1. Driver is approved and hired and 2. Which division is he/she in? the Part Timers get hourly plus commission.
Not only that, but from what I hear, commission for JBHT Company drivers was once higher, around $750 per, instead of the current $325 per. -
Tks-you hogheads are ok. I have always enjoyed going to Arkansas. Used to go up to Oaklawn a couple of times a year. After the races we would go eat at a place called the Hamilton House and it was awesome. Made a mistake when I was young and went deer hunting w/ some guys around Mena. They turned hounds loose and we followed. Hell, we were tramping through peoples front yards and fields. Never been so scared in my life. But nobody seemed to care. I told these guys if we did that in TX we would have a butt full of buckshot.

Boy that sounds familiar.. they would do the same thing to me.. constantly hounding me about working for them, since they had a great job for me.. I just honestly can't drive that slow... I get bored too easily... and I don't see 1800 miles or less as being GREAT MILES....
