    It was suggested that the drivers sending in for the lifetime maps also make a copy of the receipt. You would be entered into a Database and I do not think Rand will be responding to these entries.

    E-Mail me your Name and serial number and we can try to track down.

    Does this happen also on AC?

    started getting a license is invalid or expired error. reset it several times. hooked up to pc to update via TND dock and the application will not detect my unit. it shows connected on the TND 700 screen. i have already paid the money for the map updates and just updated it online on Feb 20. it appears the unit is broken and i know its out of warranty. what should i do now?? any help would be appreciated since, i feel really upset with this unit now. thanks.

    Did you leave the SD Card in once the updates were done? If you took out then you need to leave it in. If you did leave the SD Card in then E-Mail me, I might have to remote into your TND via your laptop to see the file directories.

    If you are getting a lic error then a certain file is not building correctly that will allow the TND Dock to "see" your TND. This is not a show-stopper. We just need to get your TND to boot correctly.

    Well on day 31 of my tnd510 my speaker has quit working. Have to use it connected to aux on my radio.

    New dock does not backup my TND 710 nor does it let me add custom POI's.

    Hi

    I download the new dock, looks real good however same as above post my links for custom doesn't highlight which I can't add POI my back up works fine, is this a problem with new dock and update coming

    1. Will not backup. - suggest you close the TND Dock and restart. Let me know if this does not help.

    2. Import POI - (Not active at this time - No set date when it will become active)
