Just spent the weekend in North Las Vegas 6 miles from downtown, on a sugar load out of Laredo. 1st time I've had a layover in Vegas, but I have been through there heading east out of California

I spent last Saturday night/Sunday at the Wild West T/S about a mile from the strip. 3rd time through, 1st time with a layover. Reefer load delivering in N. Las Vegas.

I'm seeing a lot more dry van freight going west and not just to California. Looks like we're gradually expanding.

I can't wait to be solo ... this small space is getting smaller by the second ... not even in a jail cell are two people confined to be together so much ...

Seeing the wide open spaces is awesome, the only teaming I do is when my wife comes along for a week or so. Just the thought of teaming with some one you know nothing about gives me the heebie Jeebies... I can stop when i want take off when I want, daont have to worry about your bunkie getting upset over dumb stuff

IMO if someone decides teaming is the way to go, still get your experience and go. Pam's team pay is low compared to industry average.
And there are teams out there making great money.
Like most on here have said though, it's just not for me.
