That is absolutely ridiculous! You may see us post a major city if a load is going to some obscure suburb, but it will always give actual destination in the comments.

rev, if you're on a Windows laptop, you might have to use the function key (probably near the alt/space bar) when you press print screen. That automatically puts it into memory. Just open paintbrush and paste. Crop as needed and save as a JPG, GIF, PNG, etc. Unless you have a really old computer it should work.

Anyways, about TQL, I noticed they do that crap on the one load board I use. A few other brokers do it I've noticed, but not to the extent TQL does. It's annoying and very dishonest. At least when a broker posts as the big city 15 miles from the town they're trying to highlight a particular point of reference. TQL is just trying to bloat up their freight base to people coming into the area thinking there's a lot of freight.

Landstar's agents can be dirt cheap if they're posting onto a load board.

I've only been out here a month and already gotten decent contact with four brokers I've liked working with and usually just call them for loads. Once you haul for them they start offering you their really good freight. Just have to work through the bull to find the good ones.

I love the brokers that tell you the 80cpm two day 1200mi load is a 'good deal' to get you to better freight. I don't even give them a courtesy 'good bye'.

 

On regular PC some where on right side in the keys is a "prnt scr" key. Hit that key and open any photo editor ( MS Paint) click on file or edit from the left top filte menu and paste. Save file with save as and name it whatever you like to.
On laptop usually you have to hold a "fn" key left bottom on the keyboard and then hit the prnt scr key.

 

DAT load board
This is my 8th day here trying to get a load going to north east. I have some kind of hoochie man gangster of terrorists who is working very hard to harass me and keep me out of my house. Today I walked up a driver and told him that I have been here a week trying to find a load going to North East. He could not believe me, he said I have never done that here. Any way he calls his resources and have me talk to some one on a load from Louisiana to TX. Before she could finish telling me about the load the line dropped and came back up with an A H^le saying how far did you go through them and who did you talk to what were their names. So basically the guy with black glasses who is walking around my truck was following me and called his owner (dog) the truck I was standing in and they checked that guys phone number and tapped on it. So the gangster was able to stop the load. Lets applause for them for such a brave and low lifer act.
