At the TA in Hudson, WI. My delivery is about 80 miles away in Glencoe, MN at 0700 tomorrow. I only have four hours available tomorrow so probably won't get a load out of there. Thinking about getting a hotel room tomorrow for a short break from the truck.

GAHHH I only gained 2 hrs and change after my break...I ain't getting no where close in that time....looks like I get my first official service fail...

I can't get going until 10 pm tonight...FFFFFUUUUUU...I really hate being late...and I wanted to do good for my new FM...so far I have had some ###### loads since I got this new one...good miles but bad plans...first load was supposed to deliver on a saturday got there early and they were closed...got it relayed in order to pick up the VW load to AJAX (was told it was a rescue)...then from kingston to chattanooga..(not enough flipping hours to complete thanks to the BS customs paperwork and a bad fax machine) I guess I must have pissed off the trucking GODs... -
I am at the BP right down the road from the Pilot x169 off I-24 in Wildwood, GA. All 6 spots were taken at the Pilot. rrrrr. Had to actually pay for a shower at the BP. Only 6 bucks so not too bad. lol. Deliver to Chattanooga, TN in the am. My load shifted the whole way down here. Had to throw a couple more straps.
Anyone getting yellow coated steel out of Cubic Fabrications in Waupaca be aware. The stuff is so slippery! We were watching a guy restrap his load from the same place, in Neenah, the night of the Daytona 500. Obviously this is not uncommon for this stuff. They should really have some friction mats or something under this stuff, and it isnt like we can re-do it when the trailers are preloaded!
Of course there are no directions available for my consignee, and I waited to long to call them today due to my watch being on Central time. rrrrrr.
Oh well, good cell service so dinner and Netflix time!
Stay safe all!!! -

Actually I did. I am not a big fan of P-Lot but this one was pretty good. Friendly staff and I really liked how the parking was set up.

At the J in Peculiar, MO. Delivering in Omaha, NE in the morning. I wish I could have at least made to a truck stop on 29 but I only had about 7 hours left on my 70 to start my day with. I get 8.5 back tonight after that I get a boat load back over the weekend. Already got pre plan to pick up about 10 miles from I am going to deliver.

Still in Corbin KY till the morning then running up to Gary, can't get to my Delivery till Friday morning so it looks like a night in the terminal ( I really don't care for Gary ) The last load out of Cubic that I had, I had to put some dunnage in between the lifts to keep it from sliding together on the way to Boston, never moved but it would have been all over the place if I hadn't checked the load and put in the dunnage before I strapped.

TA in Russel, IL, headed to Risingsun, OH tomorrow. Routed straight down 94 in the morning. Ugh.
