need a good mentor!

Busman did you ask for a new mentor or just give up we all are not like that you just got a bad apple

My advice is to keep plugging at it if you have not already. Why give up at this point?? I do not think you are some bad boy as others have pointed out. I think you just want to be heard be given a chance to learn without someone yelling at you. In case you need to talk or want to vent, pm me for my number and I will be glad to help you out in any way I can.

I went through a fairly similar ordeal when I went through training. I'm the most laid back guy around until I'm pushed non stop like that. About 2 weeks before I was done I finally just told him if he wanted to keep his teeth he needed to lose his attitude. I managed to finish but I took lots of videos of his rants with my phone. He ilost his trainer position after I showed them to safety and the training dept. That's the best way you can deal with idiots like that.

 

Bus...you need to document everything and get it to Driver Services!

Swift can't do anything about a POS Mentor unless he/she is reported. Now they may not do anything except talk to him/her at first...but they are building a case, and any new student this Mentor gets will be pulled aside during their training and interviewed without the Mentor aware of it.

You need to report this!!!!

 

These Swifties sure do need Mama Swift/Injun. Thanks for filling-in while she's on "Vacation" Otter.

 

Things have changed so much over there from what Injun tells me....I can't help too much with many of these new guys problems...but I can try and point them in the right direction!

 

Just read where Injun's ban is now Permanent. A sad day for me!
