Zink Inc STINKS

If anybody has any contact info for Zink inc. Please pm me. I was struck by one of their flatbeds in Oregon a week ago. All info supplied to me by the driver seems to take me to a dead end. All phone numbers are disconnected, their Progressive agent can't seem to contact them either.

 

I think it's time to report them to fmsca and have them shut down immediately!!

 

I wish that would solve the problem. However from what I've found, the owner of Zink has had 4 DOT numbers in 5 years.

 

Here's an idea...how about locating the owner & locking him up in cross bar motel ..

 

call the insuracne company below and tell them Zink caused damage , but file a police report first even a delayed is good . They will do something. I had a tow company once owner wouldn't pay or file a claim. Time I was done I had 2700 in my hand.

Thanks, however that is the same info I got from the driver on site.
United Financial is the parent company for Progressive.
I've been in contact with them many times & they keep telling me that they can't verify coverage & have been unsuccessful in contacting their "insured".

 

Stupid crap like this happens all the time. It's really sad that places work this way. I can't understand how anyone would have that mind set to screw somebody like that.

Send them a certified letter demanding them take action and investigate your claim or you will file suit in ten days. You don't need a lawyer for this either and you will get action then or file suit and ask for a default judgment if they don't appear. Phone contact just gets tossed cause it means nothing to them in some cases.
