They sell headlight assembly and spare lence.

There is only one way to fix projector - pull it out and resilver.

Some silvering shops are so good that resilvered five years ago headlamps are still bright and no dim

I know on my wife's BMW the lights seemed less than optimal and I too polished them and it made a world of difference. Even if they don't seem to need it, a fresh lense surface is a good thing. You can buy the polish for about $20 but don't bother with the protection product they try to sell you. It's another $20 and didn't seem to do anything. I did the BMW with both and the Explorer with just the polish. Same results!

PS It takes some elbow grease, the more you work it the better it turns out. The wife's car took two hours, but then again I tend to baby her Beemer.

Pablo, how do you pull the projector out??? The hood I have is for the VN series trucks. What is it that you are calling the projector? I guess I need to familiarize myself with all these different part names. Geez it used to be sooo easy...buy a new headlight for $10 and install.

They are aimed properly and I've already gone to an upgraded bulb...no change.

Pablo, when you say "re-silver" are you referring to a chrome plating shop?
