    I didn't have enough hours to make it to the Iowa 80 so I stopped at the Kwik Star in Brooklyn, IA. Heading to Crystal Lake, IL to do a drop and hook in the morning.

    I don't mind night driving. My only problem is finding a parking spot. If you have a destination where you know you'll have parking then it's a lot better.

    At least I know it isn't just me doing a lot of sitting lately, of course I did rearrange all my securement and tire chains, cleaned the inside of the truck including washing the floors, and even darned some socks, and that is since my Monday morning delivery.

    Yeah I was told I might swap a load with another driver to get me to Jax b4 Saturday...was hoping to be home tomorrow so I could take care of some car maintence issues (I need new tires and an oil change)...but I guess I get to sit hear and watch JAWS on my TV...I don't want to move from my location otherwise I risk going to my drive line...otherwise I would have moved to the Burger King a mile away...

    I guess the Spankees would be no better... lol
    I'm an Indians and Pirates guy. Love the Buccos when I was growing up, but when they turned into a farm team I started rooting for both them and Cleveland. I guess I'm more of an Indians fan these days...

    I don't keep up with baseball much anymore but when I was younger I really liked the Twins and the classiest man in the game Kirby Puckett. RIP.
