If you dont mind making 34 cpm its not bad. dont plan on getting on of the nice new trucks, you will start out in one of the old turds, and the truck has to stay at their lot.
I was there 7 years as a company driver then 0/0. They pay percentage not mileage some of their loads pay 60 cpm overall pay is average but your home every weekend and some during the week also there is a lot of drop & hook . All their trucks are decent they have no turds the oldest truck there is still an 0/0 spec w 900 in fact all their trucks and trailers are 0/0 spec. Yes you park at the yard on weekends because they don't hire any one more than an hour from the yard. Cornbred you live less than hour from thier yard, besides the trucks get hand washed every weekend. Overall decent place 0/0 spec trucks home 99% of weekends good customers no quallcoms or e logs. Are they perfect no but not bad I only left because I needed a change of life.
