Nope. Eyes wide open, Can`t pull the wool over, try reading between the lines. The truth is what it is.

Enjoy your love fest with USA.:biggrin_2559:[/QUOTE]

Sir, I have no love fest with anyone. I just have stated the facts as I know them to be true. However, by your own admission in a thread 2+ years ago, you were fired from USA. Therefore you have motive to say negative things about USA, expecting readers to accept your statements as fact, when more than likely your facts are skewed. That's all.

USA is not perfect, but I believe that company/employee relations is a two way street.

Capital48 is an ex USA employee that is having a difference of opinion with RWP regarding the USA. RWP did some due diligence, based on the current comments, and found that thread from 2009, that's all.

Very possible that several people may have the same opinion on the company.

It's amazing what disgruntled people will say. If you have worked at the company you understand because you have sat in the terminals and heard the stupidity. Then to read it here is laughable.

100 reasons why the Company fired them or they quit. All the reasons are the Companies fault? That's not reality, that's denial.

I'm all for honest criticism. I wouldn't work for a company that didn't want my two cents worth. I criticize anything and everything at USA Truck from the Board of Directors on down and sometimes not very tactfully. And not everyone at HQ appreciates it. I've gotten my butt into a sling more than once stepping on the wrong toes. But the allies that I have made at the company over the years know that I don't criticize mindlessly. I criticize because I think something should and can be done better. There's a big difference between that and what Capital48 has been doing on this thread. I just reread all 6 of his posts here and they don't contain even one critique of USA Truck. Not one thing that someone can point at and say, yeah, if we did that we would be a better company. Just boring and senseless bashing of mostly other drivers. I wouldn't mind it so much if he was at least mildly entertaining.:biggrin_25518:

Things are not perfect at USA.....FAR FROM IT. Yet I think somewhere in the think tank of headquarters, Van Buren AR, folks up there see this too and realize that some so called "mindless" drivers just perhaps could have some good ideas. Those are my eggs and I'm placing them all in the USA basket. They may shake them up a bit, a couple may be broken, but at the end of the day I think a breakfast bowl is in there somewhere!

Well said RWP!! (show off :biggrin_2552: )

There are a lot of good hardworking people that work and drive for USA Truck. It's been my pleasure to meet many of them during my time there. A lot of the drivers such as Ridinwithpride are not trying to say USA truck has no problems, in fact it's been my opinion he has been trying to say just the opposite. There are some dunderheads that have slithered into upper management positions there, and have really done nothing but exacerbate an already bad driver retention problem. The problem is that all some people want to do is quote cliche's like "all jobs are what you make of them" etc etc, while true still there is a lot of underlying issues these remarks cover up. A driver with USA Truck that is a C1 graduate with under 1 year has in most cases a serious problem, trapped by their contract and lucky to make $300 a week after taxes and the C1 deduction comes out. This is simply not enough money for a person with a family to support and live on the road to take home, and telling such a person well just hang on it will get better is cruel. I guess what I am trying to say is all you drivers that are happy with USA Truck I am happy for you. However just because YOU are happy does not in anyway mean the people that are not have no point, and this cliche festival you guys like to engage in is counterproductive at best!

Entertaining and information thread that I stumbled upon. Ridinwithpride makes good arguements and is entertaining as well. Don't give up man, need some more posts/updates! When I drove for SNI, I generally found USA Truck folks to be reasonably happy.
