All I'm saying is that Schneider was rude to me when I called in my injuries, and I guess they assumed I was planning on exploiting Worker's Comp, but maybe I wasn't; maybe I was following company policy.

Nothing ever came of my injuries, and they all healed on their own. The Worker's Comp people were usually rude when I reported my injuries, unless it was at nighttime during support shift. I guess support shift just wanted to get the info down and do something else.

I really hate to see SNI struggling the way it appears to be doing. I started driving with SNI in 1999 and at that time, Don Schneider was growing the company and it was generally headed in a good direction. I think that possibly the company got too big, too quick and when everything took a turn in '08 there was no reserve to absorb the economic hit. I did see SNI trucks rumbling down the highway so dirty and beat up. Hate to see it.

Friend worked at SNI 9mos. Good miles one week, bad the next. Hired to do ded rte, then no ded rte after hire. Told west region ran sw to midwest entire 9 mo's at co. Always asking about ded opening since hire but then told over speed over idle yada yada no dedicated. Seated in a frtshkr with over 600k out of the gate that burned oil and water.

He said he could of dealt with all the lies but they would not run him enough to make it worth being OTR for them.

im not with sni,but have heard mostly positive things, but still theyre an OTR company...they might be a little better than the industry standard, but when the industry standard is metaphorically diarhea, sni might be a solid turd.

    what is the workflow system??

I have been with SNI since early December, and other then the first week on my own where I was stuck at an OC to get truck repaired, I havent had many problems with them. Dont like calling second shift, cuz it takes forever for someone to answer the line, but general attitudes overall are okay. The miles are starting to come to me, which is a sigh of relief. Driving an 05 freightshaker with 707k on it, but she runs, which is all that concerns me at the moment.

I remember when I was younger... 16 years old and I worked at a truck stop where the pumpkins came in to fuel, they had their own pumps at this place. Days of the cab overs... Schneider drivers were always real nice guys, spoke highly of the company and were always in a good mood. As far as I was concerned they were the "elite" drivers and it was an honor to work for Schneider from what I had heard at that time. Early 80's. Now you see all these schneider trucks with miss colored body panels, missing bumpers and to be honest pretty junky looking equipment.I heard from one driver that the guy that ran SWIFT into the ground is now the big shot for Schneider?

I also heard that from one or two drivers when I was with Schneider. I've never seen any evidence that Chris Lofgren was ever with Swift. That said, when Wayne Lubner left in 09, I think it was, the feel of SNI definitely changed. Wayne was a good guy, a long-time friend and associate of Don Schneider. Lofgren is a different breed.

I can't believe the daughter didn't take over. Now they have a corporate bonehead in there. Bean counters run drivers off. They don't realize anything about how we live out there. My two cents.

I had a good experience with them. They were always fair. I got back all the respect I gave I can honestly say. Sure, the equipment isn't the best, but then again, I would rather get paid in a beater than sit around going broke in a new Prime or CRE truck. I have SNI people on my facebook, drivers, ex DBL and office people. No company is ######## free of course, but I can say there was no systematic institutionalized turd factory that is most other outfits.

Why would you split up and then him run team with someone else? Why not run dedicated team together?
