And you seem to have an issue with people who legally exercise THEIR right to join a union. They violated no laws and did nothing wrong.

I just couldnt work for a place that showed that much contempt, and that little trust and respect for me, that they thought they needed to video tape what i did, and record what I say. When they brought my truck in to install all that stuff in it, I'd get my personal stuff out of the mechanics way. And not put it back when they where done.

 

I never mouthed off about the IBT or the teamsters bub, stop taking stuff so personally, let me explain something that I must've failed to, where I come from we call ALL union people teamsters. And mouth off all you like about florida, I just "live" here, the events that I explained in my previous post was not in this state. Yeah man get out while you still can, I've been doing this since last year and I don't regret it one bit-sure you don't get home as much, but I'm single with no kids. It has MANY similarities with carrying mail, but just take out all the complaining customers, harrasing supervisors and the strain on your back and legs. You'll have a blast man! And the GPS thing never bothered me, our motto was that if we weren't doing anything wrong there was nothing to worry about. I was a good carrier for many years, never complained, that is I was a good carrier until I started to say no, then I became management's enemy; so becoming a steward was common sense by then, but there is so much corruption in that business that you see things with a whole different perspective, after being a steward for 3 yrs, I said enough was enough. I hope to God that that business tanks and they reform it for the better; thats my two cents anyway ... see you on this side of the fence Terrapin; best of luck man!!

 

I know that Stewart Transport out of Phoenix,Az has this camera going out the windshield AND inside the cab. I worked for these guys at one time, I can see going out but,ABSOLUTLY NOT coming in the cab.I dont care if its there truck or not.Take care all.
