Swift would drop the money on your Comdata card for load locks. Send them a message for the cost tax included, and card fees. That is a company expense. Then immediately send the receipt via the same way you send your logs. Get a lock for the rack. If you leave them on the trailer and aren't permitted to retrieve them? Order more.
