Avoid atc freightliner in oklahoma city

    Rush truck center in OKC is a joke. Period. I'll buy parts there, but they will Not lay a hand on my truck.

    Got quoted $375 for an overhead on an old 3406c, bill came out to $720.

    I ok'd a pop test on 1 injector, which was the only extra.

    They charged me the Flag hours to remove/test/replace the one injector, as if that was the only thing they were doing.
    (For those that don't know, When your doing an overhead on that engine, your already down to the injector. Takes 10min to remove/test/replace)

    Also, their computer system adds on and additional 10% for "shop supplies"

    Took 2 full days to get it done. I had called before taking it up there (7 am) & was told it would be out that evening. They didn't get done with it until 11 pm the next night.
