ACT american central transport

got a job with JB hunt but having second thoughts first they said i would be doing training on inter module with a trainer and getting motel room at end of day and said it would take 2 to 3 days at 75.00 a day talked with them yesterday and said now it will be about 5 days and running team. I don't run team with no body. talked with Kimberly at ACT and told her about other job and asked her to keep door open in case JB doesn't pan out. she said she would. was suppose to start with ACT march 5th. the reason i took job with JB was because it would be running 5 days and home 2 days, that sounded pretty good but like i said im having 2nd thoughts. suppose to start with JB march 5th. im a company driver and still would be at ACT. Just writing this to read your opinions

 

Just my opinion but it seems to me the bigger the company the more they lie. Not sure if its on purpose just to fill trucks or if its just they don't know but I refuse to work for a company over 1k trucks.

 

Got a load in wabash IN going to kansas city. Cant deliver early been in the yard since saturday morning. Load delivers on monday at 1500. (this suks).Sorry you had to wait so we preplanned you picking up in topeka to georgia. But doesnt load till 2130 ( gee thanks). There my choice . Been here 1month now still no choice . and only preplanned 2 times. Beginning to wonder if elogs gotta do something with it.

 

I remember easymoney. I wonder if we have the same dispatcher.

 

Well just in case please tell me who it is so I can ask not to be on their board when I start lol
