ACT american central transport

Think i need different dispatch. That or im working for a different Act . I know there 1 in utah there out of business. Im not in utah . Let see there 1 in memphis . They have cooper tire Acct. Nope i was right im working for the same 1 as you just got a terrible dispatcher . leaves me sitting alot . but still putting food on the table. Do you have same dispatch as the one we meet in orientation. If so whats the deal. Must be my elogs holding him up. Since march 3rd(saturday) ive only got 950miles and today is wed. And im sitting again waiting for a load thursday noon that haS 59deadhead miles. going to columbus for a friday 1500 delivery. That makes 950+59+524=1533miles on friday 1533miles in 6days= 255mi a day avg. Hopefully i get more foe weekend. Suks i live north columbus 55mi, cant afford to go home.

 

Where are you delivering in columbus? and who's your dispatcher(first name)Freight seems to be picking up a little.If you're sitting on 1500 on fri.and pick up 7or800 miles,you'll be about avg.Be patient things will get better.

 

Lance is the one who does orientation an that is who I have. I deliver tomorrow morning in NC and will have 1300 miles for the week then.

 

I had 2000 miles last week and 3350 the week before.

 

i had 1200 last week sittin on 1533 friday hoping for a kc . from columbus. sat last saturday till monday 1500. sat another 5 to get next load . killin my elogs. time manegment not there strong suit.paying the bills tho . grinning at the bank . Mark said freight picking up. cant wait. Im use to reefer loads run run . this dry freight first for me. Im not getting alot of miles but my checks are ok. just wish i could get the miles need some maint money need brakes . Im nowhere close. Any idea what the bill is on brakes . Think somebody told me 300 wheel that sound right and does that include drums. thanks everybody first time lease jitters got things to fix

 

My buddy just quite there after only 4 weeks. He was leasing and only brought home aroung $1500 for that time period. One week he only brought home $70! His dispatcher was obviously not worth a poo cause my buddy likes to run hard, real hard. Heck he may have started with yall. Anyway after sitting 4 days he took the truck back, explained why and nobody questioned him. I hope you have better luck than him.

 

how far east do you all go or is it mostly middle of the U.S.

 

We are licensed in all 48 but do very little to the northeast. I just delivered and picked up in Greensboro,NC area yesterday.
