Trainers ? Heartland

Notice a post and wondering, since you haft to have one year minimum experience what are the trainers for as spoken by in the the racist trainer
thread?
It seems more like a road test of sort at orientation and issued a trk. and head for your first load

ChromeDome, Thanks,thats what I thought. I guess I missed something. Hope to be signed on and running Southeast soon. Gotta finish up a few things for present comp.to leave on good terms. Already good to go on orientation with Heartland.... Actually sounds much better than most and for sure better than where I am coming from....
