us express is one strange company. Smith used to be a cool company to work for. if us express have their hands on them..god knows what

 

Well if you are a newbie chances are a training outfit is going to grid you up and spit you out. So just put the names on the wall throw a dart and where it lands go work for them gets some time in and then choose a better out fit close to the house. If you have a high tolerance for lots of rules and regs and don't have a glass jaw you might make it 2 years or even more driving OTR. But for many they either wreck or violate themselves out of a job within the first year.

My criteria for my first co was who pays the most to start and has regular raises and lots of long haul frt. Keeping the risks down by turning miles and not turning loads. At what they pay a newbie now days you want long runs and lots of them. Being able to stay out for a month or longer would probably help also.
