Preplanned pretty hard until Monday.

Left St, Mary GA to load in Port Wentworth GA.

Deliver in McCalla, AL asap (drop & Hook)

Then back to Pennington AL for Palatka, FL ( drop & hook on both ends )


Then deadhead to Ocala, FL for Tifton, GA ( live load at shipper and d&h at delivery).

1300+ mile weekend and loving it.

 

3147 miles my last 8 days. Still have 9 hours left on my 70. Going to start my 34 reset early and catch up on some z's and clean the truck.

Went home on 2/27 and 2/28.

 

3093. So figure in my differences of personal conveyance , i.e. driving to and from truck stops near customer as I dont shutdown at customers unless there isn't a truck stop nearby.

 

No the 3093 was actual paid mileage

The biggest gap in mileage I have seen some was about 30. Our mileage is pretty accurate. Its usually about 10 or so off

 

Left cleveland, TN Tuesday night. Picked up in Covington, GA and Delivered In palmetto, FL this morning. Spent the night at home. Deadheaded to Lee, FL and now heading to Atlanta for 1 a.m.

Decided to stay out for the next 2 weeks cus freight is good for us right now ans need to get ahead on some bills. Asked my DM for a longhaul. 20 Mins later I got a preplan to pickup in Mcdonough tomorrow afternoon heading to Springfield, MO for Saturday. Payroll ends Saturday night so I will be sitting at 3103 paid miles.

 

They deff are but get quite boring. Sometimes its refreshing to get out further away.
