Best flatbed company for an experienced driver

    They don't pay that...and even what they do pay (49 cents), its still crap for what they do...the size of the loads, the types of trailers, etc.

    48 cents/mile for 10 years experience...I wouldn't get out of bed to haul OD loads for 48 cents. I'd go back to hauling glass first, which also pays 48-50 cents.

    They are preying on guys that want to get a foot in the door (OD experience)...and thats not all bad, Keen would be a good place to start and get some OD experience...then move on to greener pastures.

    Hijacking back to the original issue.......After being turned down by Sammons, and approved and invited to orientation by Lonestar & ATS, I've decided the grass isn't always greener and I'm staying with the oilfield hotshot company that I'm at. Everything we do is out and back so I'm home more often, and the money is decent. Thanks for all of your feedback and suggestions, I appreciate it.
