I have blue parrot as well and it worked fine up until a month ago. The on/off/mute/call end button doesnt seem to work anymore. I was able to use the headset without touching the call end button by ending the call on my cell phone for a couple of weeks but now the head set wont turn on at all no matter how many times I push the button or hold it down.

The funny thing is before it started acting up it was working fine and then all of a sudden would randomly disconnect from my cell phone. I am not sure what happened and am seriously considering throwing it in the trash and buying the new Blue Tiger headset with a lifetime warranty instead.

Anyone else had issue with their Blue Parrot???

My only issue with the blue parrot is that ### flashing light when it is turned on. Since this last week has been all overnight drives it drives me crazier than I am.

Black Sharpie over the LED..Tape would probably fall off after awhile.

    You know, hot-cold, hot-cold.

Finger will rub off a marker eventually, especially on rubber i would think? Maybe not though. Anyway I have several issues with the blue parrot line but none that are deal breakers. I have the xpressway now and its not as bright on the led as it was on the xt250 or whatever that one is. Looks like the rubber is more translucent thus less light coming out.

If you press both volume buttons at the same time for about 3 seconds, it will stop flashing.

I've never used a hands free / Bluetooth device. Just bought the Blue tiger pro for $69.99 + tax, charging now so i'll give it a whirl later. Talked to a few drivers that had it and they liked it that's why I bought it.

Thats a great price! I just bought 2 from ebay at 99.99 each. 1 for me 1 for the wife.

So far we love the Blue Tigers. Threw out the blue Parrot after a year due to the problems I listed earlier.

Had seen them at TA/Petro for $99, just happened to look up at the fuel desk at a small Timewise ts in Junction, Tx and saw the deluxe for $69, asked if they had the pro and sure enough it was $69 also.
