what truck, what antenna was on it, where was the antenna located, how much do you want (or are willing) to spend?

In that case maybe a wilson 2k with the REALLY short shaft would be in order.

 

thing with big trucks is you can't just drive for what's IN the road. Especially when you get onto the city streets.

You have to look for trees, wires, cables and other things that hang down as well. You are 13 1/2 feet tall. Some of those obstructions are lower than that.

what if that tree had been a cable wire feeding internet to a hospital?

 

not everyone is.

I have had a couple mirrors folded in on me because of trees. I learned it by driving ready-mix truck.
