Take some time off and rest your body. A good truck is important, but if you are out because you have exhausted your body, then it wont matter. And the three day thing does not always happen, have a talk with your DM and see if it will be the case.

The human body can do amazing things if it is healthy. When you are not giving it the excersize nutrition and rest however, it has a way to shut down to get your attention. Beware if you ignore your body it is more dangerous than ignoring your wife! You may not live to see another day.

Can also be "Cabin Fever" even though we have alot more going on we're still somewhat "caged". decrease in cognitive skills, irritability, forgetfullness, restlessness, extended sleeping, increased fatigue are all symptoms.
