    Nope, but some location info would be nice for future readers. The name sounds "rather odd" to me if it is in fact supposed to relate to an actual CDL training school.

    i have no clue,, all i know is that they offering a 25 days week class, and for a company to haul water to the oil field.. im suppose to be training in el paso,tx but the job in is odessa, tx.. soo i would really like to know if this just a scam or actually a real company?

    CTS is a real company but has been only a contractor and not open to the general public. Oilfield companies send us their new hires to train for their CDL. CTS is currently now recognized as a school in Colorado and Indiana presently via the community colleges.
