It has always been my experience that odometers read low. Researching on the net also brings up an average error of 3% on car and truck odometers. I would say you have a tough argument trying to get that lost 3.5%. Tires, air pressure, tire condition all contribute to low odometer readings, as your tires wear the error will be less.

Maybe they do tend to run low, but we have NEVER come in under miles on so many loads. Not trying to recoup anything, just want it checked out. This is our 3rd brand new truck and neither one of the others had this problem.

Since stevens pays by the load assignment miles and not odometer, I wouldn't worry about it. Simple fix but stevens won't change the parameter in the ecm. You need the revolutions per mile set to match your tire.

well back out and running. Did not even have to go to the meat patch and wait for a load on monday.

    Headed south.

Nice 72 degrees tonight in junction TX... drop my load in the morning and turn and burn if everything goes as planned.

Well, delivered to the Kroger DC in Atlanta last night for the first, and hopefully last time lol. They purposely made the flow of trafic around the building so that you HAVE to blindside back in. The dock doors are tight as hell and they have their Kroger Daycabs parked in the way in front of you.

So after getting out to look 46 times (according to the LRN driver that was waiting for me) I made it in without hitting anything :p.

Finished my 10 brk on the street outside there and then shot 184 DH miles to Stillmore,GA for a load going to Napoleon,OH. Sitting at the hook in Reseca,Ga tonight.

Hey ya Rooster... I passed by "the hill" 4 times today and saw the trucks driving the streets.

If you see a white Peterbilt daycab with C.A.R. Transport in gold letters on the doors give me a wave. Im picking up cars from the rail yard down the street from Stevens. I will be there at least once tomorrow and maybe twice.

I tooted the air horns twice at the guys on the hill but it hit me that you were probably on the streets.
