there is no manual as a book. There are PDF files by DD and documents in Mercedes WIS available with engine #.

be sure it corresponds your engine # and emission level. There are some things that differ, like different injectors, cyl. head gaskets, bolts, turbos, EGR, SCR and other stuff.
really some of MBE400 had Temic ECMs of three different generations with ADM units, later they got DEEC-V
