Roehl Driver Check In

Been waiting to get loaded for about 3 hours now. I guess that's par for the course on what was supposed to be a drop+hook. Oh well. Maybe I'll get a door before the sun goes down!

HA! At least I'm making $10 an hour sitting here. Wait, I could make more than that dipping chicken at the local KFC!

 

yup a whole 10 bucks an hour as long as you do send everything in the right order and jump through hoops.....I have gotten detention pay a couple times...sometimes I don't even bother depending on how long I am sitting...

 

I have always gotton it when I claimed it. I figure I make about $22.80 a hour driving 60 mph, so to make myself feel a little better I always claim my detention even if it's less than half my driving pay per hour. It's going to be close to 9 hours this time. This is the second time in 3 days. Not a good start to the week.

I usually claim it...but when I start thinking its cool I am gonna get detention and start doing my detention pay I usually only end up sitting an extra half hour.....if I am early...(which I like to be) i won't claim detention until 2 hours after my schedualed appointment time...cause i figure its on me that I have to wait until my appointment......

I wish I could see a terminal...I want to get my truck washed and get more Canada paperwork...I have used all my US inbound forms over the last couple weeks....
If we get our truck washed somewhere other than a terminal does the company reimburse us?? I don't wanna use the beacon..but my new ride is not looking as shiny as she was cause the only terminal I have seen in the last month or so is ellenwood...

 

You could almost go home for the night.

 

With gas at $4, not gonna happen...LOL!
