Things To Consider About Western Express inc.

Logging into the EOBR is Mandatory Despite The Ruling against the EOBR
mandate by the The Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals That vacated the EOBR rules. Western Express will Not offer you A work Environment that Eliminates your Risk of violations beyond your Control and then you will Be fired and they will use thomas & Thorngren Law Firm in Nashville Tn to submit false Documentation Against you to Disrupt Unemployment Benefits and NY State Department of Labor will Honor Them as well as some other ny state courts. so if you don't live in NY you may be ok on that issue.
Regardless Of the State you live in,if you drive for western Express you will Be Driving For a Company who has seemingly sold their souls to the FMCSA and it is anything but Safe To Drive for Western Express.
I am interested in other Drivers experiences with Western Express that Have been Unethical and then supported by public servants.

Western Express inc. Has been Successful in False allegations against me to a point of absurdity I Do not what is worse, Western Express inc, or the Legal entities that allow them to do it.
And The Fact that one would have to ponder such a question speaks volumes of where Western Expresses Heart is,and It is not with the Drivers,so this is a warning to Drivers That should not be taken Lightly.
If you have any questions or wish to see any Documents to prove fact, you are more then welcome to request in message Box.
I can show you Exactly what Western Express Stands for.

I just started with them and so far I'm good. They keep me running, the equipment is good and with any company you have your negatives. I'll have a complete assessment after 90 days . Then I'll decide to stay or move on.

Was talking to a driver at a liveload a few days ago....
He had been dot'd 18 times in 3 months...
poor guy had a stack of paper to prove it when i called him a BS artist...
So i guess the poor fellows that work there all have a target on their back...
then agin with numbers like theirs, it is not surprising....

Up[on further looking into their CSA report, 25 drivers failed to have CDL's. Now I suppose they were probably driving on expired licenses, however. I know to the day when mine will expire. To not know that its time for renewal, is just .........
