I think they want to confirm my security clearance from 1995-1997. At the time I was an engineer for new prison construction...CCTV, door control, intercoms, 2-way radio. I was involved with 16 projects at the time...this came up as a red flag when I was going through my CCW permit check too...

Update on the status...TSA has completed their checks and have forwarded my information to the FBI. The lady was very polite and personal too. She claims it typically takes less than 48 hours to get back from the FBI. Once it comes back, I'll be in the system and cleared to get the endorsement on my CDL. The information was sent in Tuesday, but as of this morning, no change in the status...If I check tomorrow, there is a chance I'll be cleared and I can start orientation Monday.
