Did Bayless move or are they out of business? Their yard off Hwy 96 is for lease and empty.

When I started reading this post, I thought I was the fella writing it. Let me tell you drivers---golf9iron is not blow'in any smoke up your butt. Everything he says about Bayless Trucking is true.(not withstanding his pay claims---thats his business).

When I hired on Bayless, one of the questions I asked Jarrod was if they ran legal? His answer was yes. That turned out to be a bunch of bull. He told me he was a trucker, and I figured good deal---a trucker running a trucking company, that should work. I guess his driving time in the seat must have been cruising around Pueblo tugg'in a bellydump or such from 8 to 5 cause they sure didn't know anything about OTR.

I'd be dispatched to states with no permits---The unit was improperly registered---run overloaded---try to get through a DOT inspection,ha, and screw legal hours in your logbook. Bayless must think legal means something different than I do.

---> There <---(placed here in proper context) should be a motto plaque on ---> their <--- office wall which states, "Legal or Not---Keep on Roll'in". I did my best to uphold that company motto one day, but low and behold, the state patrol had arrested ---> their <--- pete. I never knew a truck could be arrested.

Anyway---I could write a book on this outfit. I'm glad we have thetruckersreport.com to expose the worthless trucking companys like Bayless so young and old drivers alike don't fall victim to the unscrupulous methods used by these outfits in their pursuit of the almighty dollar.

By the way---Bayless still owes me money too.
