The key word there was IF. Did your Bossman tell you what to say to support him? I know what I make and I know why kind of money I am putting in the bank every week. I will tell you my end goal though and I am ahead of schedule. When I complete this lease I want to be able to pay cash for a glider. I am already $40,000 of the way there. You guys can criticize all you want it won't change a thing.

Yeah and how short was the trip and how much extra time on it? Picked up Friday and delivers Monday huh? I know how rates work. Give out the rate but don't mention it goes just a few hundred miles and you have to sit on it 3 days.

All those are earlier in this thread. The ones I listed are my only charges by the company.

This will be 2 loads a day per the contract. Home every night. This is only the beginning for me. I'll be "recruiting" more freight like this soon. I am my own bossman Bill is my business partner. We're running a real trucking company here.

That is the best you got? I got my CDL at CRE. Yeah, they provide the same crap training as all the other training mills out there. So what.

I don't just like to criticize people, I LOVE IT. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Reality is you have repeatedly posted numbers that are not based in reality, leave key facts off and prove how little you know about this business by saying "look at my settlement".

Or prove you do maintenance because you perform a PM at 20k, add Centermatics, Air tabs and an alignment. It is all that you are leaving off that speaks volumes about your knowledge. And that is just added to the fact that you are going to spend money upgrading a rental.

Your patter is no different than all the guys that did recruiting at CRE for those bonuses. It made me sick.

When 1-n-5 drivers at your company fails and you are showing them how "great" it is they don't know enough to question that $1.00+ per mile net number. We question it and get "Oh, yeah, I had recruiting bonuses". Or that $.07 maintenance fund is on dispatched miles not hub. That for company trucks they budget $.13/ hub mile.

How come that lease truck takes half the money to maintain vs. a company truck? What maintenance isn't being performed like an overhead, trans/rear fluid changes, lubed every 5k, etc.

If there is anything that really pisses me off about all these LP programs is that they do not have to publish the numbers on what people are making. Of those 20 people that you recruited, 10 will have significant hardship because of this. The other 6 that fail will likely do no better than a company driver. The 4 that complete maybe 1 or 2 will be better off because they had the ability to figure it out.

Those are the numbers posted by the TCA, the big carrier lobby organisation that you company belongs to.

Buy hey, all is great because you have made your money so what do you care.

Where do you get these numbers? I do better maintenance on my truck than they do on their company trucks so the .13 a mile must be all something you have made up.

I understand you are a little slow so I will help you out on this one.

HUB mile is ALL MILES DRIVEN. The key to mentioning half MT on this contract is that his NET will be better because his fuel mileage will be better.

Better stay over in the shallow end on this one. Rollin makes more money on the hub mile with a dry van that most guys pulling a flatbed.

If you say so. How do we know that is true though?
