More is coming tonite they say...down here in vegas 18 inches in the mountains and over a foot in flagstaff...winter warnings up for I-40 headed to flag...Heavy rain in vegas with snow levels down to 3000 ft range

Bad storm where? we locals don't fret over a couple of feet of snow.
no body crossing it for a couple of days? Hmm what truck stop rumor mill did you hear this? Caltrans will do thier best to keep it open as much as psosible, throwing up the chain law for all trucks, and if it gets worse, they will ban all single screw trucks. This applies to both directions. But for some reason only says east bound.
