So they're complaining that they're getting the raw end of the stick from law enforcement. Sounds to me like they're learning how to be American truck drivers.:yes2557:

Sounds to me like they are complaining more about the size of the limitations than the enforcement. They say there is a disproportionate allocation between the number of drivers in both countries and the company sizes.

American truckers get killed and kidnapped by the mafia on the Mexican side while Mexican truckers steal our jobs with unsafe rigs and driving skills. Yeah. Sounds like Mexican truckers are getting it bad all right. There's a reason why many carriers won't deliver to Mexico anymore.

I say, "Stay parked in Mexico!" Here in Colorado, Mexicans get away with everything. Hit and run, free healthcare, MURDER, etc. Colorado is a self-proclaimed "Safe-Haven". So I don't know what they are complaining about. I have no pity for them. OK, I feel better now.:usa2:

I also live in Colorado (been here 27 years) and I'd be willing to tell you to your face that barely any of what you've just said is true. Where do you get your "facts"? Or do ya just make 'em up?

    What!? Lay off the cocaine.
    No reason at all huh?
Not for being out of hours?
    Low air in tires?
    Trailers that dogleg?
    Missing lights?
    Speeding?
    Overweight?
    Weaving?
    Failure to wear seatbelt?
    Failure to signal?
    Failure to stop?
    Fail to yeild?
Fail to understand, or comprehend basic english?
    Cracked windscreens?
Trailers, or Tractors without inspection stickers?
Failure to provide proof of carrier Ins?
    No registration?
    No Licensplate on trailer?
    Illegible Trailer Licens plate?
    Illegible Dot numbers?
    No Dot Numbers?
    No Proof of CDL?
Missing, or damaged DoT bumper on trailer?
Landing gear handle missing, or improperly secured?
    Leaking fuel, or fluids?
    Retreads on the steers?
There are a million things you can get a ticket for, and it's the "DRIVER'S" resposibility for all of it. Yes the DoT cops are just waiting to spot you on any number of these.
And if they can't hack it... well then maybe they should stay down south, if it's not like that down south

PROVE that the Mexican drivers are stealing our jobs. PROVE that their trucks are any more "unsafe" than the trucks here, or their driving skills are below those you would find here in the U.S.
Use FACTS instead of repeating something you read in LandLine Mag or heard the Trucking BOZO say (emphasis on BOZO).
