Some joker? You're too kind. There are many words I could use to describe a person who do this sort of thing. Of course most of those words aren't allowed on this forum. But joker doesn't get the job done for me. Waste of human flesh comes close but that still doesn't quite cover it.

 

Sad but true. You couldn't get a cop to take prints in a case like this if your life depended on it. If you ain't got video of the guy actually doing it, you ain't got nothin'.
