I drove for them for 10 weeks, and all I can say is this: Substandard pay per mile, shoddy equipment that breaks down CONSTANTLY, shop people that don't know how to fix trucks, NO MILES (1400-1800 a week) and idiotic dispatchers. They have a few good ones mind, I turned 1253 paid miles in two days(late sunday night 2230 to early tuesday evening 1930 or so) with my regular dispatcher out sick, then she came back. I finished the week with 1972 miles and got home saturday morning. I quit when Roehl offered me a job. I can't see driving for 32.5 cpm household mover's guide, when I can get 40 cpm practical. not to mention average about 1000 more miles per week, and get cheaper benefits that cover better.
Someone at the top (like the guy who's name is on the trailer) at de Boer is living WAY too high on the hog and neglecting his company!
