You would be shocked at how many companies do not pass along discounts or even ADD fees.
The England TCH card is the easiest and best deal for loading and being able to use and get discounts at a large number of locations. Fleet one can work but you have to plan.
LS you have to run loads for them to get the card funded. But after 6-months of using it the BIG discounts are off the beaten path.
Schnieder is has a new program that looks promising but wifey is working on that so not sure of the details.

When I left Schneider they had just put into effect a discount change for their O/O's. It was .20 off cash price at all Flying J and Pilots.
I just fueled in Portage, WI Petro with my LS card and the cash price $4.09 and I paid $3.79 with our cost plus discount

Not sure about ooida, when I first started I called them and didn't get a response. I can only vouche for the Nastc program. It is much much cheaper than using cash I also fill up and get the best discounts through TA and petro plus get the free showers I was missing at a lot of the small stops.

well heres the thing, look i got fuel 3/8/2012 at a Loves in Indiana and got $535.63 in fuel and got a $5.62 discount in my fuel but then got charged $2.50 for using the card so I end up getting $3.12 discount! I know there has to be a better fuel card or something out there!
