I've been getting a lot of late loads- loads where there is no way I can get there ontime, yet they tell me to haul it anyway. Does it seem to anyone else that they have expanded too quickly, and have gotten themselves into a mess? If things keep on this way, customers are going to go bye-bye.
Can't get their act together

Here we go again. I arrived at the customer, found out I need a 137 or 138 pickup number, which is not on the QC. So I asked for it. They send me a 441 number.
Where do they find their office staff? Some of them are great people, but most are dumber than a box of rocks. -
this seems like a good place to put this.
[h=5]Dear idiots I work for. This morning you expected me to go 400 miles from the Canadian border to the terminal in 4 hours, at 60mph. Tomorrow you expect me to drive 360 miles thru New York and New England in 5 hours.
You ####### suck at math.
Sincerely,
Idiot with slightly better math skills that works for you.[/h] -
This has become the norm for most bottom feeder companies. Maybe they can get Cliff Beckham to come straighten their business out, lol
