Short answer NO. Long answer NO. There is no way to be permited for nationwide unless you are police or retired police as far as I know.
Are there guns out there? Absolutely!

 

Yes, but not all States allow FELONS to own firearms, that is what the map was.

 

Point is laws very so much State to State that even with the current repocricy legislation one may not even be legally able to obtain a firearm in that State but have a CCW in another.

 

I got flack over a shot gun behind the seat of my pickup. In a HARD CASE! Mind you this is a single cab Chevrolet Colorado.....officer told me it had to be in the rearmost part of the truck because it could not be accessible. He gave up on the issue when I told him if he could get that son of a ##### out of there and still be sitting in the cab of the truck he could handcuff me, haul me to jail and I would plead guilty on the spot no questions asked.
