Well Im deffinately looking forward to some Elk and Deer hunting down there! Im hoping after I find work, to take some time and find a remote in the mountains, place to call home.
Someplace where I can fish & hunt. I have no interest in city living! I also have no interest in ever living where it gets lower than minus 20 for more than a day in winter! BUURRR Get me outa here LOL

    FloTheWaitress Thanks this.

Still lots of remote areas in Da UP. We don't see to much Neg 20 stuff anymore. 10s and 20s Jan and Feb, but not this last winter. If you could call it winter. Kinda like fall all winter long. Deer, Moose and Elk should get some good Antler growth this summer. We been having 80 plus temps for the last week. So out of the normal for here!

Were still in the neg teens - 20s at night and then up to the high teens low 20s. But it doesnt last, always gets colder again. Untill we actually see old grass along the roads, its winter here!

Well. Michigan is out then. We have some nice areas of high hills in the Western UP, in the Porcupine Mts. But It gets cold and lots of snow! Not as cold as up there though!

    Squirel Thanks this.
