Thanks guys. Will check the bags again tomorrow. They don't leak with 40k on and I don't recall them leaking when the leveler arm end was changed and the suspension rose to max height, but I'll jack the frame up and see if it leaks around the bottom fold/seal.

Dryer cartridge is something I should have thought of, will check that too. Will check everything suggested here.

Any more suggestions are welcome, no one I've talked too or called has had the winning answer yet.

Now that I think of it again, it's not the suspension, that's why I ruled that out (just remembering now). Bags fill off primary tank . . .

Hoping it's dryer related! (will still check it out this weekend)

Most of the suggestions so far don't account for why the truck holds air just fine parked at idle but loses air when you start to move. Double check that it does in fact hold air just fine when parked idling. IF it turns out that it loses air when running, whether parked or not, but does NOT lose any air when the engine is shut off, you have a leak in your fan hub. You will not hear an "audible leak" there because of all the engine noise unless you are looking for it specifically.

Looks like it is the fan hub, off it drains rapidly, on it'll hold air for minutes.

I flicked the switch on/off while key on engine off, but it sounds like that was in vein.

Either way, I'll check it out and post back with a result or any questions I may have.

Thanks guys, but License To Kill, it seems you may have nailed it.
