Ok, let's all just chill for a minute! I do love the classic styling of the 379, and w900, and if I had the choice id still be driving truck #54. I was about to get the beast polished up and they decided to cash it in. She's still young too...only 598k on the odometer when I parked it.

i was being a little facetious :biggrin_25523: So was I

crap happens to any truck new or old. it matters not the brand. So very true and seems moreso with the new and the NAME plate no longer means your getting a Quality item.

You're right on the name plate not meaning quality. Large companies will spec a truck, then have 2 or more builders build the same truck. All that'll be different are the cabs and interiors.

LOL, AT ,at times you seem beyond your years, but other times you show your age if not younger.

everything seems to be retarded, stupid etc, etc ,etc. and thanks for pointing out i misspelled peterbilt.

You sometimes get a little full of yourself, sometimes it doesnt help to have someone bring ya back to earth a little.

you should remember some of us try to do it in a gentle way , mainly because on here you cant come right and jerk a knot in someones behind.

you know i and many others were doing this before you learned how to wipe your own behind, i know with your 4 years of "experience" driving that big pete you got the world by the tail, and have "earned" a lot. but frankly young man ya got a ways to go.

as i said at times you seem wise beyond your years and at other times youre just a kid.

and i am just trying to give you some advice that would help a great deal, not tick ya off.
