so your YTD is a Net or Gross Total, if it was a net total it seems about right thats how much i Made Net last year with a gross of 44k but I'm a company driver, this year though i had less breakdown i am looking at a 51k gross or a little more but not much,

lets see i pulled up my pay stub from December 29, 2006
    I drove 130,276 paid miles
    Gross $46,123.41
    Net $29,415.19

this year is turning out to bet alot better than last year

my overall gross is marginally higher than the total at bottom of post...
due to this being my dd record...

also, this is only 7 months.... i'll post again in jan or feb..
i did not include my one month training period , as the checks are pretty low, like the 1st one in march.... i was seated feb 10th on my trainer's truck, with Zero experience

Best of luck to you with the fleece...err...lease thing. I reckon it'll work if you don't intend to ever actually own the truck and instead just want the bigger paycheck.

Thought the terminology, and numbers were familiar.
After seeing those numbers, and talk to a few O/O I know on the road right now. I am not nearly as worried about gettinginto a Lease program with Central As I was before.
    Thanks for the info!!!!

    hired in april 2005

    2005 april 22 to dec 31 - $58,043 (bottom of seniority list)

    2006 jan 1 to dec 31 - $67,391 (ended year 188 out of 209)

    2007 jan1 to date - $ 66,994 (CURENTLY NUMBER 149)

This year should put me at $77 - 80 K.

we have several guys who work 5-6 days a week and pull down 90-110K - but I like my free time.. (HA)

I will be able to get a dedicated in another year or so... that will help.

I am currently working 4 days a week - off an average of 3 days a week.

When I was with dick simon I grossed 33K my first year - then leased on and did better (120K gross - 50K take home)...

I know some guys who have posted HUGE numbers with some lease deals - but the tradeoff was being a road dog 360 days a year...
