Hirschbach; NO GOOD,NO WAY!!!

This is the new way companies profit. They lease their truck to gullible drivers. Is it unethical? Absolutely, are they exploiting naive drivers? Of course. Is it against the law? No way Hosea. There is currently no law in this country outlawing the unscrupulous practice of taking advantage of drivers....yet

How exactly are they worrying about the driver's personal life in an obtrusive way?

 

The owner Grojean ran Burlington Motor Carriers into bankruptcy in 2002. OOIDA sued them also in 2002 for withholding lease drivers escrow funds. They mismanaged the money and used it for everything other than what it was intended to including their own personal use. Once a weasel, always a weasel.

 

Yep I was getting ready to say another Grojean outfit, how many has he run into the ground already? Greenfield, Schanno, VanPak, Asche, Burlington Motor Carriers, and I think a couple others. When will people learn, Do your research!

 

Was he part of the Asche deal too? I had always heard Asche himself was no good, but maybe I didn't get the rrreeeesssstt of the story....

My dad, my friends, and I used to drive for Van-Pak. Then in 2008, Hirschbach bought Van-pak. We worked for them for several years. In 2010, Hirschbach almost blew my minds out. We almost got fired! One man who was the manager of Van-pak made a deal with Hirschbach that he will run his own company and operate their trucks and haul their trailers. In 2011, I got 2012 International Prostar Eagle operated by SuperMaz. For know on, I have no problems with them. I just made a run to Midwest this week.
