One more engine swap... after the volvo is done.
I wanna install '00 12.7 Series 60 to '06 Columbia with DEEC-V. The problem is that dumb driver bypassed filters and injectors, fuel pump are bad now, but before other truck was wrecked.... with 12.7 S60.
So I need wiring diagram of columbia to make conversion wiring. I do not want to loose time finding every wire to every switch
It is the donor in attachment. Engine wont starting after sitiing for 3 years. I sugest bad injectors
Engine swap. Need wiring diagrams.

I see you have your laptop hooked up there. Are you able to communicate with ECM and get rpm when cranking? If all your injector response times come back ok, I agree with you on the injector replacements simply because of the length of time they have been sitting. Any fuel in them is probably gummed up by now.

I can see fuel rate and injector responce time. Fuel rate is up to 19l/h when starter cranks the engine. I disabled all engine protection and there is only one fault code - no gas pedal

Pablo I don't understand. I have seen several of your posts and I know you know your way around these engines. Why don't you go by the I/O configuration in the 2000 Detroit engine ECM and wire up a new standalone harness to that configuration?

I wanna reuse Freightliner wiring. Yep, not a problem to find cruise control switches, gas pedal and pedal switches. I have DD wiring deiagrams, but friightliner diagrams would be better with wires numbers. it is just the way to do this job easier.
really to downshift emissin level is not legal, becouse truck got euro-iv certificat and 12.7 may be calibrated up to euro-3 only, but... who will check it?
