detention pay

Can you list any of those companies by name to benefit drivers that are looking for something better?

 

I get paid a percentage of linehaul, fuel surcharge and accessorials - including lots of detention.

It depends on the benchmark the individual is using to describe "good" or "bad" companies.

Its not for me to say "oh this company is good and this company is bad" because whats good for me might not be good for you.

Always improve from one position to the next. Never settle for less than what you currently have. Drivers with good driving records and low points are a premium. Use it to your advantage.

Go ahead and bet me. I would love to take your money just to prove a point.

I get paid for ALL of my on duty time so I log it as I do it. 15 min pre trip, 15 min post trip, 45 min in breaks(3x15), 30 min lunch(mandatory and paid) and however long it take to unload and reload for the next day. Comes out to about 12 hours a day.

Do you want my address so you can send your bottom dollar?
