Is Stevens a good company..?

nah, we hate it. thats why were all still here

really though, Stevens is fine. And so are alot of other places. It just depends on if Stevens is a good fit for YOU. I may Love the place, and you may Hate it.

 

Stevens is a good training company. Many move on or out before the 1st year for many reasons. It is what you make of it, and your attitude. Is stevens perfect NO.

 

Peruse the aviary. You will get a very good perspective of the inner workings of Stevens.

 

The real question to ask (yourself) is: What do I want and need from a company?

 

Stevens is one of the better starter companies, but if you are not on the hook for tution, DON'T stay more than 9 months. There are 2 types of drivers Stevens employs 1. Students and 2. Drivers who dont know any better-(Alliance/Train). REMEMBER- Training Companies will give you the experience so you can move up higher in the food chain later on. Back in 08 I left them after 7 months and was only making 28 cpm, hooked up with another outfit and started at 38 cpm and currently at 42 cpm.

 

Did he really say that.What is it that I dont know any better about.Do any of you feel insulted by this guy that knows better than we.LMAO.What do I not know,lets see.I drive a great truck.I get home when I want.Im close to the yard.I have great training.I could go on.But I wont.Im pretty sure I know as much as you.What is it that you know that I dont.Lets see some companies pay more per mile,I know that.Some companies you dont have to jump through hoops,I know that.Some companies give you shoddy maintenance.I know that.Some companies treat you like an adult,I know that.Please inform us what we dont know any better about.
