I hear ya. My dispatcher asked if i wanted to become a trainer soon. I told him I'll wait till I get two or three years of experience before I start training anyone. I'm still learning lol.

My trainer was a driver for 5 years before he decided to train.

i don't train for Roehl. so i cant say what they do have and don't have i do know that female trainers any where are in high demand because there are not that many of us out here. I have been training for 12yrs now and most of my trainees are male. but the few females i do have get treated no differently than i treat my male students. showers are required, you don't have 45min to do your hair and nails(you want that then you get up 1hr or better before pull out time) if your shy you might want to work on that. because even though we are girls and don't have the equipment to just pull it out and go, unless you have a port-ta potty in the truck some time you just have to stop and go between the tires. no were i want to go but with the closing of a lot of rest areas across the country and the still open range down on 10 and 20 sometimes you have no choice. i respect the privacy of my students and i do my best to accommodate but you also have to learn that stopping every half a hour for a potty break will cost you over that in drive time. "just saying"
