Not a problem, I rarely get past red deer nowadays but this spring I might go back and visit the few friends I have on the island who are not in rehab or wilkie

While things tend to slow down in spring not everyone stops working. We don't really slow down much in April, just do different type of jobs. So far we are a few good men short of what we would like to have. We KNOW we will HAVE to have them come may or June. Our philosophy is take our pick of the litter and have em trained by June.not hire in July and train til fall.

not paying a loa as such, we get a monthly salary + job bonus's + meal allowance when on a job. salary depends on experience and what truck you are operating.i don't know what others are making, but i THINK, for a experienced class 1 driver with no oilfield experience is over $3300.00 mth.

Well when I did run hwy I didn't make that much running my rectum off all month with no time off. Never mind having scheduled days off. Add in the job bonus' and I know I have never had it so good

wish it was that easy, i am in the cement division, which gets paid different than the frac crews and coil tubing. all depends what you want to do. if all things are equal, then you have to go to the benefits, and i'm being told that trican has the best benefits in the industry. can't say it is but thats what i'm told.

Thanks bobbyt, I have been contacted by both Trican and Calfrac for further info after my initial application. I also am getting calls for entry level rig/operator positions and such that pay in the 40s, no thanks
